Your product will be shipped within 24 hours (48 hours during promotional periods) after the order is placed. Once your product is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you via SMS. To track the whereabouts of your package, you can click on the "Where is My Package" button on our homepage and enter your tracking number. This will provide information about which branch your package is headed to, the expected delivery day and time, as well as branch contact information. If your local Yurtiçi Kargo branch cannot find you at your address when they attempt delivery, they will leave a note at your door. In this case, you will need to pick up your package from the specified courier branch within "3 days." If you fail to do so within three days, your package will be returned to Misigo.com.tr. We deliver to your address no matter where you are in Turkey. If you are within Turkey, your order will be delivered within 3-4 business days at the latest. Please note that this timing may vary depending on the accessibility of your location and the logistics company's service in that region. Therefore, Misigo.com.tr commits to delivering within a maximum of 10 days.
