Return & Cancellation Terms

Our return process is as outlined in the following points.

  • The return period is 15 days.
  • Items with detached or damaged tags cannot be processed for return.
  • The shipping fee for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customers should send the returns via prepaid shipping. The seller (Misigo) deducts the shipping fee (30 TL) from the total amount of the requested item/items.
  • Once the returned item reaches the seller, the refund will be processed and reflected in the customer's account within 5 business days.
  • The requested items for return must be sent to Yurtiçi Kargo with the return code 1029068699 along with the order receipt.
  • When your return package reaches us, our customer representative will contact you.
  • After receiving the message confirming your refund, please note that it may take 1-15 business days for your bank to transfer the amount to the credit card used for the purchase.
  • For orders made via bank transfer, please ensure that the IBAN information and the full name associated with the account are written on the order receipt.

Exchange

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange, you can place a new order on our website after your return has been processed. ✨
